Acceptance of these terms
By using https://justbettermoving.com (the "Site") or engaging Just Better Moving LLC for moving services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided through the Site or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on the actual time, materials, and complexity of the move and may vary from the estimate. We will provide a final price before beginning work; nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer.
Services
We provide local and long-distance moving services across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, including residential moves, piano specialty moves, storage, and corporate relocations. Services are subject to availability, geographic feasibility, and our crew's ability to complete the work safely.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your move, including ZIP codes, item inventory, and access conditions (stairs, elevators, parking). You are responsible for any permits required by your origin or destination building, for disclosing items requiring special handling, and for ensuring someone authorized to direct the move is present at both ends.
Items we cannot move
Federal regulations and our insurance policy prohibit us from moving hazardous materials (including paints, fuels, propane, ammunition), perishable food, and certain pharmaceuticals. Live plants, pets, and personal documents we recommend you transport yourself.
Liability and insurance
Just Better Moving LLC carries the full liability and cargo insurance required by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and applicable federal regulations. In the event of damage during a move, claims must be filed in writing within the timeframe required by your insurance election. Standard liability limits apply unless you elect additional coverage at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel without charge with reasonable advance notice. Specific cancellation windows for piano specialty moves, long-distance jobs, and corporate relocations are outlined in your written confirmation.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will Just Better Moving LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, except as required by applicable law. Liability for physical moving services is governed by your signed move agreement and applicable insurance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.
